Structure features of GFX series acid-proof stationary battery:
Plate: Positive plate adopts tubular type plate which can effectively prevent active substance falling. Positive plate frame is made of multi-component alloy. Multi-component alloy has especial crystal particle, better corrosion-proof performance and longer service life. The negative plate adopts pasted plate. Negative plate adopts pasted plate with radiated structure which enhances utilization ratio of active substance, high current discharge performance and charge acceptance performance.
Battery case: Cover and container: Cover and container made of AS with corrosion prevention, high strength and beautiful appearance.
Separator: Battery equipped with combination separators of multi-hole corrugated plastic plate and micro-bore rubber separator can improve dispersion speed of electrolyte, and greatly reduce internal resistance, prevent dendrite short circuit after deep discharge.
Terminal sealing: The terminals are made of copper cores with large diameter, so the terminals have large current-carrying capacity and low internal resistance. The unique double sealing structure of terminal post can effectively avoid leakage, to guarantee reliability of terminal post sealing.
Acid-proof bolt: Acid-proof bolt with funnel-shaped has acid-mist filtration and flame-resistance function. Measure the density and temperature of electrolyte directly through acid-proof bolt.

Environmental requirement:
Temperature: It is available for -20℃-50℃(-4℉~122℉), relative humidity ≤90%. Ambient temperature for batteries in the same pack shall be unified. The recommended environment temperature is 20-25℃(68℉~77℉). Storage temperature is 0℃~20℃(32℉~68℉). Storage period is usually 3~6 months. Battery should be charged if its storage time is beyong3~6 months.
The sea level height can't exceed 4000m (when it's used above 4000m, it shall be described in order).
The battery should be dept in a dry, clean and ventilated environment free from radiation, organic solvent, corrosive gas, flammable article, fire and exposure to sunlight Ultraviolet ray level is not more than 2 degree.
Be free from rolling, being thrown, exposure to sunshine and rain and any animals. And insulation resistance is not less than 2Ω.
Take anti-freezing measure if installed in high and cold area.
